MyMediaMonkey.com reserves the right to remove any image for any reason whatsoever. Specifically, any image uploaded that is pornographic in nature, infringes upon copyrights not held by the uploader, is illegal or violates any laws, will be immediately deleted and the IP address of the uploaded reported to authorities. Violating these terms will result in termination of your ability to upload further images.

This site is intended for people to be able to share graphics files, it is not intended for hosting files forever !

Acceptable/Intended uses:

* Hosting Ebay or other similar auctions pictures for upto 1 month at a time.

* Publishing from your phone to share with a friend.

* Sharing pictures with friends over the net in chat, irc etc.

* Posting pictures to forums, temporary avatars .

* Use as a coloborative tool, sharing screen captures etc.

What is un-acceptable and not intended:

* Adult / Pornography / Copyrighted and or Illegal files are not allowed. All files uploads are logged and logs maybe made available to authorities if asked.

* Server overload, any file causing our servers to overload will be deleted without notification, for the good of all using the service.

* Link or embeded images hosted on this service used in a large-scale ( hi traffic ) website.

We reserve the right to ban any individual uploader or website domain from using our servies for any reason.

All files are cleaned off the server at 30 days old, automatically. Any reqests to these deleted images will be redirected to the front page.

All images uploaded by our users are copyrighted © their respective owners. All users activity is logged and any copyright infringment will result in termination of your account and / or reporting of details to the relevant authorities.
